Ron Ayala - Director of Operations

Ron Ayala has an extensive and varied background of more than thirty years in criminal and civil investigations; player and executive protection; and security for major sporting and entertainment events .

Prior to joining Event Support Services, Inc., Mr. Ayala worked fifteen years as the Western Regional Director of Anti-Piracy Operations for the Recording Industry Association of America, Inc. (RIAA)

and fourteen years as a Deputy Sheriff and a member of the Anti-Terrorist and Subversives-Special Investigations Unit for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
